General Support
The following are common steps to follow if one of your applications is locking up, crashing, or hanging on certain spots. These steps may cure some problems you may expierence with iPhone Applications:
1. iPhone Reboot: Holding the "Home" button and the "Lock" button for a few seconds will bring up a slider that will ask you if you would like to turn off your phone. Turn off your iPhone, then Turn your iPhone back on. Launch the application you are having problems with. If problems persist continue to step 2.
2.Itunes Download: If an application you downloaded through the appstore on your iPhone/iTouch is causing problems. Uninstall the application on your device. On your computer download the app through Itunes. Connect your device to your computer and install the application through Itunes. This insures a correct download and install.
Bug Reports
Before you begin the process of submitting a bug to us, we would like to thank you for taking the time to help us stamp out every possible problem with our applications. Your feedback and help is important to us and helps us to make better applications in the future.
To submit a bug report to us on one of our applications please fill out this form. Please fill it out with as much detail as you can remember. The environment variables in which the bug was created is very important to us re-creating the bug on our test stations. You may receive follow up emails from us on bugs you have submitted.
NOTE: We cannot support bugs created on "jail broken" phones. If you are experiencing problems with one of our applications and your phone is not in factory condition we may not be able to help.
